Refund Policy

Our Company policy does not include any refunds after a Membership Package(s) has/have been purchased. A full rectification of Manicure and/or Pedicure Services rendered will be provided with proof of dissatisfaction of service(s) through photos, videos and/or other proof(s). Once you have agreed on the choice of service(s) purchased, MY NailsInc Studio will not offer you any form of refunds but will accept an exchange of service(s) with equal cost value. In the incident of duplicate purchases and/or wrong service(s) purchased, through discussion and agreement from MY NailsInc Studio, we will consider proceeding with the refund(s).

Delivery Methods and Timing

Estimated time of services rendered and/or Packages purchased are within the stipulated appointments made by individual customers, which fall between 1-7 working/business days.
